ARRIVAL TIME:
Guests may arrive at the rooftop up to 45 minutes before the posted game event/time. Late arriving guests may still be admitted.
CHECK IN/GUEST LIST/CONDUCT:
Any changes to guest list must be emailed to Wrigley View. Entry to the Rooftop is at the back of the building located at 1050 W. Waveland Avenue, Chicago, IL 60613 (next door to the firehouse on Waveland Avenue). An official Wrigley View representative will check in all guests. All guests are required to provide a valid picture ID. Wrigley View reserves the right to deny entrance to any guest, and to remove any guest, that appears intoxicated, engages in unruly inappropriate behavior or acts in any fashion which is contrary to the law and likely to disrupt or inconvenience the rooftop event. Guest or guest representative is responsible to inform all guests of the conduct required under this agreement prior to the event.
EXITING:
Guests must leave 30 minutes after the game/event finishes.
BEVERAGE/FOOD/DESSERT:
Food and beverage service begins when doors open and ends after three hours of service, or when the event ends, which ever comes first. Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages and are also not permitted to remove food or beverage from the rooftop facility. Wrigley reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to any guest for any reason as well as the right to modify the menus without notice. Standard menu is available on our website.
CANCELLATIONS RAIN-OUT/RESCHEDULED, RAIN DELAY & REFUND POLICY:
In the event that the scheduled game/event does not reach 25% sale occupancy, the guest can choose between a full refund or select a future event date of equal value in exchange. Parties are not considered cancelled unless the event promoters make that announcement publicly, and prior to the event start time. In the event of cancellation prior to the start of a event, food and drink service will continue for up to 3 hours after the scheduled start of the event. No refunds or credits of any kind will be given and the contract shall be considered fulfilled; OR: Patron may reschedule the event on the makeup game date announced by Major League Baseball. Food and liquor service will cease immediately upon this option. No refunds or credits will be issued. In the event of a rain delay, alcoholic beverage service will continue for up to 3 hours after the Rooftop opening. Alcoholic beverage service will stop based upon Rooftop discretion after 3 hours of being open.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF CLUB:
Guest and Guest’s guests shall protect, indemnify, and save Club, its agents, representative, and employees, harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, sickness or health risk, losses, claims, actions, demands, attorney fees, costs, expenses and liability of any nature resulting from injuries or damages to persons or property on or about the premise or adjoining sidewalks arising out of or in any manner connected with the use, condition or occupancy of the premises or any act or omission of Guest, its agents, or guests. Guest further agrees to protect, indemnify, and save Club, its agents, representatives and employees, harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, actions, costs, and expenses of any natures resulting from Clubs inability to conform to any conditions of this agreement due to any restrictions whatsoever that the City of Chicago or State of Illinois should attempt to enforce through any means. Guest and all of Guest’s guests, agents, employees or invitees shall assume all risks of use. Guest and Wrigley View Rooftop, Inc. (Corporation and/or individual) are not partners, joint ventures, agents or principals or otherwise related in any way.
OTHER POLICIES:
Wrigley View Rooftop, Inc., reserves the right to invite its agents to the rooftop in limited numbers that will not impede the enjoyment of the Guest. Force Majeure: Wrigley View Rooftop, Inc., shall not be responsible for any matters beyond its control, including but not limited to, denial of City rooftop license, closure by governmental authority of its existing line of sight into Wrigley Field to view the baseball games, game date changes by the MLB, Acts of God, Accidents and weather conditions, all of which are defined as Force Majeure. In the event service cannot be provided due to the Force Majeure, Wrigley views liability will be limited to refund of payment pursuant to this agreement, and the guest shall not be entitled to claim any consequential damages.
Guest shall be fully liable for any damaged caused to the Rooftop
